Our guest of honour, Brasov County, will be represented by many talented artists and craftsmen.

On Sunday, 29th of April 2018, Arthis organises the 13th edition of the biggest festival of the Romanian community in Belgium: The Romanian Spring in Brussels.

The festival will bring together artists from Brasov County, along with the Zamfira folklore ensemble, as well as famous artists from several regions of Romania: Cătălin Maximiuc, Liliana Oncioiu, Mariana Stănescu, Brînduşa Covalciuc Ciobanu, Ioan Cristian Taran, Gheorghe Sorea si Ioana State.

The representatives of Romania to the Eurovision 2017 song contest, Ilinca and Alex Florea, will also be present at this event.

You will find several stands, exhibitions and artists who are coming from Romania for this occasion.

During the event, Romanian popular craftsmen will present their creations: painted eggs, ceramics, traditional costumes, paintings on glass and wood. The traditional music and dances will be represented by several folklore ensembles which will showcase the diversity of Romanian traditions and customs. Well-known artists who carry the richness of the authentic folklore, will present you the marvels of the traditional Romanian heritage.

As usual, you will also have the chance to taste from the delicious Romanian dishes.
