Learn about (and experience!) the transformational practice of iRest - a form of Yoga Nidra - that combines traditional yogic practice with Western psychology and neuroscience. Yoga Nidra is a form of meditation or mindfulness, practiced lying down in a comfortable position. Yoga Nidra is unlike yoga with movement – there are no postures involved. In fact, there is nothing to do, but listen to the guidance and enjoy a moment of peace and deep relaxation.
