Bruxelles Environnement has just labeled 17 additional establishments as Goodfood.
To obtain this label, we must offer seasonal, local fruits and vegetables, organic products, vegetarian dishes while fighting against food waste.
The label awards between one and three toques depending on the efforts made. It is valid for three years. This year, the Boentje café, a zero waste café in Schaerbeek, received three toques.
Today, 120 food businesses can display the badge on their window.
