Recupel
Recupel has collected nearly 38.122.530 electrical appliances in 2017. The number of kg. collected per inhabitant is 9,8 kg/ inhabitant. With regard to the reuse of electrical appliances, Belgium is equally at the forefront with more than 4 million appliances reused in 2017. Recupel’s ambition is to evolve towards a circular economy where old material is transformed into new raw material.
