The Ambrees (bière ambrée) are lightly made with hops (Palm, Bush, Vedett, Kwak,...).

How to serve oneself a beer ?

Dehydrating beer: Empty the bottle in one go.   Lightly tilt the glass, then straighten it. Leave the foam to fill oup. Immediately take off the bubbles from the surface of the foam with the help of a clean knife. Rinse the exterior/outside* of the glass.

Beer to taste: Serve the beer slowly. Form a rich collar of foam. Leave a small quantity of beer in the bottle to add eventually afterwards.  For bottled beers, leave the  ?  of yeast at the bottom of the bottle and serve the bottle with a glass.
