The Brussels' Les Nocturnes des Musees returns for their 17th edition! From 14/9 until 07/12/2017, between 5 and 7 museums will open their doors to the public every Thursday night between 17pm > 22 pm.
Each week a total of 68 museums will offer guided tours ,workshops, demonstrations, meetings with curators,etc.
This year it will also be possible to have a drink or have a small snack in many of the museums ! It is the ideal occasion to (re)discover the riches of the Brussels' museums with friends or family, at a democratic price of £3 (or £1.50 up to 25 years included). Even some museums will be free.
This year, museums will again add to their programme : la Maison de l'Histoire europeenne, la Garde Robe de Manneken-Pis and for the first time the D'leteren Gallery will participate in the "Nocturnes".
The Wiertz Museum, the Jewish Museum of Belgium, la Porte de Hal and le Musée des Instruments de Musique (MIM) after several years of absence, will be participating.
The season will begin Thursday 14/09/2017 during a free Grand Vernissage in Molenbeek, at La Fonderie and at the MIMA. On the programme of this festive evening: guided visits, workshops, a village of museums, music, and bubbles.
