Innovation wins on all fronts, including the hotel industry. City Trip, back in town, proximity, friendliness, originality, intimacy but sharing; new concepts are flourishing in the Belgian capital. We have discovered a nugget ... the hotel incognito!
Everything starts in a small plant shop located in the rue du Berger in Ixelles ... Here succulent and cactus plants are sold, cleverly selected by the High Priestess of green knowledge; Jacqueline Ezman. Behind the counter, the seller of beautiful plants wears a double hat ... That of a receptionist of a Speakeasy hotel in New York whose reception acts as a florist shop. The main entrance is a small hidden door at the back of the shop ... To enter here, you must prove that you have reserved a room.
Once in possession of the keys a marked path takes us on a race a little
surrealist passing through the terrace and the restaurant of the neighboring hotel "Le Berger" to end in a beautiful haven of peace. On the programme of this mysterious place: an urban hotel, modern, comfortable and trendy thought up from A to Z by Olivia Gustot, but also a garden designed by Claire Van der Schueren.
A stone's throw away from the Boulevard de Waterloo and its major retailers, Le Jardin Secret features 33 new-style rooms with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, smart furniture and small alcoves, simple, minimalist but so cozy. Here, we come in couples, with family, friends ... all options are possible!
As its name suggests ... Le Jardin Secret (The Secret Garden) is also an intimate and private garden, a real "bubble in town" where each visitor can relax. All you have to do is to find it ...
