ATGolf allows you to subscribe directly to the Royal Belgian Golf Federation and play any Golf course in Belgium for a very reasonable yearly membership fee. Of course you will still have to pay a green fee in each club, but you are free to play and practice anywhere you want, from the golf clubs in and around Brussels.
