For children aged 6 to 12

We propose a workshop on body awareness, relaxation, coordination, rhythm, discovery of instruments and sounds of the world.

Through different games we will invite children to channel their energy into body awareness, movement, rhythm, listening and discovering sounds from Africa and Latin America.

This presence in the body, anchoring, rooting and relaxation invites self-confidence and the development of the potential of each child.
