If you are looking for renting a nice room in Brussels for short or longer time and meeting a Brussels family :) & two flatmates :), then we will be happy to welcome you in our 1986 constructed a-typical house called L’ETOILE DU NORD and situated near the city center and the botanical garden.
Your private sphere will be a cosy duplex-room, with the bed on the mezzanine, and beneath a convertible canapé, shelf, working desk and coffee space.
We have our own family kitchen, you share the kitchen and the bath-room with two super nice flat-mats and during special punctual events so as theater-representation, film-evening…
The garden is accessible to all of us, it's really nice in spring and summer, even though in wintertime it is brownish…and slightly fresh.
For a weekly rent, the duplex (all includes) cost 150€ and 20€ cleaning when quitting.
For a full month, the 450€ include all charges (electricity, gas, water) and the existing home-internet connection. Plus 20€ cleaning when quitting.
The public transport is very close:

Tram 93 / Tram 92 / Sainte-Marie => 100 Meters
Tram 3 / Tram 4 / Tram 25 / Tram 55 => 300 Meters
Train:
North Station => 300 Meters
Metro:
Botanique => 600 Meters

(We do not recommend a car, it’s quite impossible to find a parkingspot…)
